Data Science in Theory and Action: Information Theory and Applications WorkshopThis week-long workshop is billed as a relaxed gathering of researchers applying theory to diverse areas in science and engineering.
It is being held at the Catamaran Resort in Pacific Beach, near the UC San Diego campus.
